If you and your spouse consent to assisted procreation (artificial insemination, in vitro fertilization, embryo implantation, etc.), you acknowledge from the outset that any child to be born is yours.
If you consent to assisted procreation and do not declare your filiation with the child born by that means, your responsibility toward the child is engaged nonetheless.
Once established, filiation resulting from assisted procreation entails the same rights and obligations as filiation by blood.
