If your child was born as a result of sexual assault and you provide for the child’s maintenance, you may be eligible for a benefit from the Direction de l'indemnisation des victimes d'actes criminels of the Commission de la santé et de la sécurité du travail.
The application for benefits must be submitted in the year of your pregnancy.
Note
This compensation may be paid to any person other than the mother who assumes responsibility for the child.
